Our beautiful scarf is inspired by the magnificent ‘Willowwood Piano’ painted by Traquair in 1909 and currently on display in the National Museum of Scotland.
Phoebe Anna Traquair (1852-1936) was one of the foremost artists of her generation and a leading light of the Arts and Crafts movement. Multi-talented and prolific, her work encompassed embroidery, enamelwork, manuscript illumination and murals, amongst others.
