Luke donated a deckchair design in 2013 for Deckchair Dreams, a fantastic public art adventure. In describing his deckchair design, he told us:
"Just Sometimes was an installation artwork I presented in Rotterdam for the Witte de Withe Festival 2010. Around 1000 umbrellas were installed over a length of the canal for the pubic to enjoy during the 3 day festival. As the artwork was removed the end of the festival all the umbrellas were handed out to passing pedestrians."
Luke Jerram is known worldwide for his large-scale public engagement artwords. His celebrated street pianos installation Play Me, I'm Yours has been presented in more than 35 cities so far, including London.
