About the Artist

Nick Liefhebber is a Dutch illustrator based in Utrecht. Liefhebber runs the design studio Liefhebber Ontwerp which specialises in identities and media campaigns. Nick’s prolific output ranges from prints, illustrations and typography illustrated by repeating patterns and textures.

Liefhebber’s clients include Coca Cola, The New Republic, O’Neill, WRAP Magazine and Corona Beer.

Methods

Nick’s work employs a variety of different methods including screenprinting and risograph printing  demonstrating a rich palette of bold, eye-popping colours.

Details

Frame:
- The frame is produced using a high quality wood moulding.
- The frame is mounted with a 5cm antique white mount. The print, mount, glazing and hardboard is all held in place using rigid metal tabs.
- On the reverse of the frame there is a metal hanging apparatus stamped directly into the hardboard which requires hammer a nail or screw into the wall, the metal hanger then sits directly over this. 
-These framed prints aren't glass, to prevent damage in shipping we use styrene glazing.
