Goldie Hawn (Private Benjamin, The First Wives Club) was photographed by Ellis Parrinder as part of a photo series of BAFTA winners and nominees at the Orange British Academy Film Awards in 2009. The actress was photographed in the Jeeves Suite at the Grosvenor House Hotel after the ceremony, for which she attended as a citation reader for Best Supporting Actor.
The photograph is part of a new exhibition, The Director’s Cut: BAFTA Photography 2006–2016, curated by BAFTA Photography Director Janette Dalley. The exhibition shows a selection of Janette’s favourite images commissioned by BAFTA in her time as director.
