About the Chimera Collection
Ceramic and glass artist Rosa Nguyen brings a fusion of western and oriental sensibility to her timeless unique objects and elegant contemporary designs. Her 'Chimera collection' of beautiful hand decorated bone china tableware draws from her passion for Japanese flower arranging, London gardens and parks and the weed sprouting nooks and crannies of urban pavements.
The current 'Morris Garden' range from Chimera Collection was recently featured in the exhibition ' Arts and Crafts House Then and Now ' at Compton Verney and is currently on show at the Laing art gallery in Newcastle alongside Rosa Nguyen's wallpaper, glass and ceramic interior garden installation. Her ceramic and glass objects in can be seen in numerous museum collections at home and internationally.
