Postage & Timings

CultureLabel.com brings together a highly curated collection of art and artist-designed products from leading museums, galleries and artists to buy in one basket.

The price you pay with us is the same as if you go direct to our partners, the only difference is you can buy from all of them together at once.

This also means that different items in an order may arrive separately. Our partners strive to dispatch goods within 6 working days of the order being placed, and you'll get an email to confirm this.

When you order an item through CultureLabel.com, you are buying from our partners who send it to you directly which means individual postage costs will apply from each individual vendor.


30 Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with any item purchased through CultureLabel.com

If for any reason you don't like an item when it arrives, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and the arts partner that supplied it will issue a refund or replacement.

If you aren't happy with your purchase, if it gets damaged in transit, or if it becomes faulty please email us at felicity.souter@culturelabel.com and we shall provide you with details on how to return it direct to the supplier.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Personalised items are also excluded.

If the item is damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage.

In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our partners aim to send out all items within 2 days of receiving the order. Many of our partners are individual artists & designers, or small shops within art galleries and museums, and so tend to have less resource than a high street brand for organising deliveries and returns.

If you're in the same country as the supplier, please allow 7 days for your order to arrive. For further afield, please allow up to 2-3 weeks. This estimate does not apply to art orders - please see below for further details.

For the Royal Parks Foundation deckchairs and made to order items please allow 4 - 8 weeks.

Can I track the progress of my order?

You should be offered a tracking number and/or delivery date in the email confirmation from the supplier.

What shall I do if my order is later than expected?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days (from sellers in the same country) or between 2-3 weeks (for international vendors), please get in touch with CultureLabel and we'll check for any further updates from the seller on your behalf.

What are the arrangements for delivering art?

We work closely with our partner galleries to ensure that the utmost care is taken to get the item transported to you in its finest condition.

Since artworks, delivery locations and requirements are always different, we are unable to offer a flat-fee delivery price for transporting fragile art.

We therefore ask you to pay for the piece online, and then the gallery will contact you shortly afterwards by phone to arrange delivery and payment.

Depending on the size, weight, materials and location, we will identify the most suitable and cost effective way of getting the item to you. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive art pieces.
