Weeds, John Dilnot 2013.
Weeds was worked on in an open way, I did not record the number of colours and printings but worked on this print over a six week period starting with a solid dark green printing and slowly building up layer upon layer of opaque and translucent colour. I print with artists high pigmented acrylic paint which allows very good control and intensity of colour and the build up of layers gives the print a physical quality.
An edition of 15, titled signed and dated in pencil along the bottom margin.
