    Items bought from different vendors will arrive separately. Our partners strive to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.

    30 Day Returns Policy

    We want you to be completely happy with any item purchased through CultureLabel.com

     

    If you aren't happy with your purchase, if it gets damaged in transit, or if it becomes faulty please email us at shopping@culturelabel.com and we shall provide you with details on our free returns service.

    Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Personalised items are also excluded.
