Here are Murray's top 10 picks from the CultureLabel collection!

Withnail & I (Take Some Air)

MURRAY CLOSE

The interior of Uncle Monty’s House shot in Chelsea was extremely hot and the boys couldn’t wait to shed their tweed for a few minutes on the pavement.  This photograph always makes me smile since this was shot pre-mobile phone days and it looks as if Uncle Monty is calling his agent.

This Year's Model

CHRIS GABRIN

This collection is an exact replica of the box set that I made for director, Bruce, Richard and Paul.

After some prodding from collectors I agreed to reproduce it for true Withnail fans.

Penthouse Pool

SLIM AARONS

This photograph evocatively captures New York in the 1960’s with its bright Kodachrome aesthetic.

All that’s missing is a Martini.

Ten Minutes One Afternoon

PHILIPP EBELING

Phillip has captured the beauty of first snow at night-time together with the alienation of London as people walk along alone through the snowy streets.

Boy and Men on Horses

MICHAEL ORMEROD

Michael’s fantastic composition captures the sprit of the American West with its ‘big skies’ and ‘old glory’.

White Sands

SAMUEL HICKS

The stark landscape and isolation along with the centre frame subject makes for a compelling image.

Withnail & I Limited Edition Collector's Boxset

MURRAY CLOSE

This collection is an exact replica of the box set that I made for director, Bruce, Richard and Paul.

After some prodding from collectors I agreed to reproduce it for true Withnail fans.

Motel Kool Breeze

SAMUEL HICKS

I love this beautifully observed image, Sam Hicks brings you directly into the location with its falling down sign, run down motel and huge satellite dish.

Stacy Peralta Ripping at Coldwater Canyon Pool

HUGH HOLLAND

This striking period piece leapt off the screen as I’m sitting two Canyons along from Coldwater Canyon as I write this.

It captures the classic era at the beginning of Skateboarding and the innovations that the ‘Z-Boys’ skaters were bringing to sport.

Race Track

CHRIS FRAZER SMITH

The de-saturated colours and texture of the tarmac remind me of a work by Jackson Pollock.   The almost abstract quality to the photograph makes for an appealing image despite its specific subject matter.
