Victoria makes reference to nature throughout her work, imagining the swooping nature of birds making the marks on the canvas. Her vibrant energetic and extremely powerful use of colour is created with reference to pure emotion, fluidity, and transformation from piece to piece.

Movement is a strong inspiration for the artist and something which she suggests came from her studies at Bretton Hall University where she painted the dancers moving around the studio. The fluid abstract shapes and contours sink in and out of the canvas, bringing life and visceral celebration to her work.
