Take the Proverbial

Take the Proverbial started life as a small student project by Edinburgh-based graphic designer Gill McColl. The principle aim being the creation of a series of tongue-in-cheek modern proverbs for a modern world.

Using modern interpretations of traditional print production techniques and employing 100% environmentally friendly processes whenever possible, Take the Proverbial has gone from strength to strength in a short space of time. The product range now features limited edition home accessories, prints, bags and stationery.
