Mark Applegate

Mark works with black ink and thick brushes to make artwork through which colour eventually flows. His distinctive monochrome gestural marks are transformed into colourful arrangements using technology borrowed from the screen printing industry but self-made in his workshop.

Each piece is lovingly screen printed by Mark on quality paper. The hands on and personal nature of this operation only allows for small quantities, all of which are available in this shop in exclusive colourways.
