In truth my jewellery is designed for my alter ego; the women I imagined I would grow up to be. So I take inspiration from strong female icons such as Miriam Makeba, Barbarella, Joan of Arc and Cleopatra.

Having grown up in Southern Africa, a sense of that region is ever present in my designs. This is emphasised by the use of vibrant and colourful suede which is the core material used in all of my collections.
