Delivery & Returns

The price you pay with us is the same as if you go direct to our partners' sites – the only difference is you can buy from all of them together at once.
When you order an item through CultureLabel.com, you're buying from the shop that supplies it, and they send it to you directly.
This means each partner needs to charge separately for delivery, but the CultureLabel checkout calculates this automatically for you.
This also means that different items in an order may arrive separately. Our partners strive to dispatch goods within 2 working days of the order being placed, and you'll get an email to confirm this.
Please note that we provide a global marketplace, so items sent from partners based in other countries may take longer to arrive. You can check the location of the seller on the 'Delivery' tab for each item.

How long will it take
for my order to arrive?
Each of our 200 partners aims to send out all items within 2 days of receiving the order. Many of them are very small shops within art galleries and museums, and so tend to have only a few people working for them - as a result, they can't be as quick as a high street store.
However, every single sale on CultureLabel.com helps to support some of these greatest arts and heritage organisations, of all sizes, in all kinds of places, directly funding a brilliant range of innovative work.
If you're in the same country as the supplier, expect your order to arrive within 7 days. For further afield, please allow up to 2-3 weeks. This estimate does not apply to art orders - please see below for further details.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Sign into your account and click on 'My Orders'. You'll be able to see when your items are dispatched, and any tracking codes where available.
What shall I do if my order
is later than expected?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days (from sellers in the same country) or between 2-3 weeks (for sellers in other countries), please get in touch with CultureLabel and we'll check for any further updates from the seller on your behalf.
What are the arrangements
for delivering art?
We work closely with our partner galleries to ensure that the utmost care is taken to get the item transported to you in its finest condition.
Since artworks, delivery locations and requirements are always different, we are unable to offer a flat-fee delivery price for transporting fragile art.
We therefore ask you to pay for the piece online, and then the gallery will contact you shortly afterwards by phone to arrange delivery and payment.
Depending on the size, weight, materials and location, we will identify the most suitable and cost effective way of getting the item to you. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive art pieces.

Postage & Timings

CultureLabel.com brings together a highly curated collection of art and artist-designed products from leading museums, galleries and artists to buy in one basket.

28 Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with any item purchased through CultureLabel.com

If for any reason you don't like an item when it arrives, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it and the arts partner that supplied it will issue a refund or replacement.

If you aren't happy with your purchase, if it gets damaged in transit, or if it becomes faulty please email us at support@culturelabel.com and we shall provide you with details on how to return it direct to the supplier.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Personalised items are also excluded.

If the item is damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage.

In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
