Helen's Wishlist Picks
GB, Southwold, 1993
By Martin Parr
'What's not to love about Martin Parr! I have a soft spot for photography and would love to collect his prints. He poduces consistently strong work and sums up a lot of how I feel about this little island.'
'I Love London' Limited Edition Print
By Peter Blake
'The godaddy of pop art has done it again. He has influenced and inspired so many young graphic artists that he cannot be left off the top list.'
By Matt Needle
'Having just finished series 4 (and losing quite a bit of sleep in the process) I could quite happily live with this artistic rendering of Walter White. It's got a really nostalgic book cover feel and the tones are great.'
By Charles Avery
'I fell in love with this series when I visited an art fair a couple of years ago. His work is so beautifully crafted, it's a celebration of taking the line for a walk in the original sense and his imagination is huge. I also love bikes so I am a little biased!'
By Dieter Braun
'Dieter's work never ceases to amaze me and we sell hundreds of these foxes in autumn especially. The colouring and composition just seem to appeal.'
Field of Dreams
By Kris Tate
'Kris is one of our newest artists but is proving to be quite a winner. I love foxes and the combination of hand drawn pencil sketch and digital colouring is very 'on trend' with geometric shapes we have seen filter down from the cat walk into home decor.'

East End Print's Top Tips for Collecting
- My top tip is to buy art you like. Dont be lead by trends or investment- prices go up and down so it has to start with a love affair.
- Go to as many art/print fairs as you can and buy from reputable galleries or agents.
- Meet the artist -this will give you a better understanding of the person behind the art and leave you with a feeling of goodwill when you look at the work.
- Finally, always negotiate a deal!
