Everything #3 is the third publication by The Museum of Everything - - Britain's first and only museum dedicated to art by unintentional, untrained and unknown artists from across the world.
Everything #3 documents the artistic collaboration between The Museum of Everything and Sir Peter Blake, the artist, collector and inventor of British Pop Art. The result - Exhibition #3 - is a vast installation of self-taught art and discovered artefacts, inspired by and including Blake's own lifetime collection.
Exhibition #3 has welcomed over 40,000 visitors since it opened in October 2010. Highlights include the self-taught tapestries of Ted Willcox, the Victorian dioramas of taxidermist Walter Potter, the fairground art of the Carter family and vast accumulations of anonymous artworks and found objects.
Arranged in themes, this 232 page accompanying volume illustrates these discoveries in full colour plates, with interviews, anecdotes and commentaries from Sir Peter Blake, Jarvis Cocker and an exclusive interview with artist, Damien Hirst.
