
It's easy to list products and requires no technical knowledge. You can put up to 24 products in your branded space. Sign in using the ID we provide to add the image, text, price and the all important hyperlink so we know how to direct the customer to the product on your website.
Once a customer finds what they want on CultureLabel, they click 'Go to Store' and are taken to your website to complete the purchase as normal. You take full payment, collect the customer data and process the order as you usually would.
Nothing changes at all from your standard dispatch and delivery process. CultureLabel makes it clear to the customer that they have been transferred to your website to make the purchase directly from you.
When you sign in to the CultureLabel website, you can see a real-time list of product sales which have resulted from a customer referral from us, and once a month we send you an invoice for the commission due. It's that easy. If anything has be returned or you have a query you can reject or hold a transaction online so we don’t send you a bill for that item.
