Resolution #2: Start a personal art collection

Art Finder

Whether you’re collecting as an investment, for pleasure or to liven up the walls of a new abode, it’s always a good time to start your own art collection… and now help is now at hand with CultureLabel’s new Art Finder.

Do you like your art bright and bold? Love a cityscape or detailed illustration? Fan of ceramics & glassware? Or are you looking for a statement piece to shock and enlighten? Whatever your personal taste and style, you can now browse the hundreds of selected works on site by type, environment, theme, size or colour… rather nifty we think you’ll agree!

And don’t forget that on many of our art works, if you see the Own Art sign, you can choose to spread the cost of payment over 10 months, completely interest-free (APR Typical, 0%), making buying so much more affordable.

And a big tip for any new galleries interested in joining the Own Art scheme, The Arts Council is currently accepting applications for 2011 membership (deadline Feb 4th). Further information and application documents can be found on the Own Art website.
